Refund Policy
All purchases made on our webstore, including ranks, subscriptions, and virtual goods, are non-refundable. Transactions cannot be reversed. Please double-check your selections before finalizing a purchase.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute filed by a player or their payment provider, the associated account may be temporarily suspended. Access to purchased goods or services will be restricted during this period.
Abuse of our refund policy, such as attempting to gain benefits by purchasing and then canceling, may result in a three-month ban from all servers.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing the delivery of purchased items, we may, at our discretion, consider refund requests. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
